All potential residents applying for admission to OVRC are required have a Department of Social Services approval form duly completed by an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) prior to being admitted. A Centrelink letter is required for permanent resident admissions.
We recognise that choosing the right home for older people is a very important decision so viewing our facility and getting information on different homes will help with the decision making process. After contacting the Residential Care Manager (RCM) you will then be invited to the home to view the room and the facility. If you accept the room you will be given the Residency Terms and Conditions and Residents Brochure, and care fees will be discussed and the RCM will speak to you regarding the funding and answer any queries you may have regarding specific care and other needs.
